RapidAPI processes marketplace subscriptions and billing. Appwrite stores staff administrator identity and sessions. ODDS.LAND Postgres stores customer identifiers, hashed API keys, policy revisions, aggregate API usage, and sportsbook data.

API key secrets are displayed once and are not stored in plaintext. Operational logs redact authorization, cookies, passwords, webhook signatures, and keys. Compact odds and result history is retained for up to 180 days; exported usage buckets are removed after seven days while daily billing summaries are retained for account and reconciliation needs.
